CEO Employment Contract

On December 9, 2008, The Newspaper Tree reported that Ed Archuleta "makes more money than anyone in city government - a base salary of $225,000 with bonuses and perks that total about $355,000 a year by his reckoning. The actual compensation is around $508,000 calculated as follows:
