RE: Request for information under Texas Public Information Act - Retail cost of service per CCF
Dear Mr. Stokes,
Your December 18, 2008 letter says "As noted in our November 10, 2008 letter, there are no documents responsive to your request for Retail Cost of Service per CCF" (copy attached). A February 13, 2008 letter from the Public Service Board published in local newspapers says "In spite of repeated explanations that EPWU is a cost of service, and not a for-profit government agency, you continue to criticize EPWU for the level of "profits" made in prior years, as well as for its profit margins" (copy attached).
How can EPWU be a cost of service government agency if they don't know their own cost of service? Can you provide an explanation for these conflicting statements?
